Below are some photos of a screen used opaque amber latex model, somewhat reminiscent of the flying parasite creatures of TOS, used in the 1st season Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Q-Less" (first airdate: Feb. 7, 1993) to represent the jelly-like spaceborne entity observed outside the space station entering the wormhole at the conclusion of the episode. The creature measures approx. 29.5" x 22" x 1.5" and features several small holes drilled into the latex body to enable support rods / wires to be attached for manipulation of the prop during the filming of the flying sequences.
