worn turquoise green ancient Greek style tunic from the highly memorable
3rd season TOS episode "Plato's Stepchildren" (first airdate: November
22, 1968). This historic costume was seen extensively throughout the
broadcast and is accompanied by its original green and gold metallic colored fabric belt, that has been accented with gold painted foil. Originally from the personal collection
of TOS Costume Designer William Ware Theiss, this item is currently
being offered for sale as Lot # 301 in Prop Store's upcoming "TV
Treasure's Live Auction" of the Comisar Collection, which will take
place on Saturday, December 1st, 2018. The costume has a starting bid
amount of $10,000, and a pre-auction bid estimate of $20,000 - $30,000.
