Profiles In History October 2014 Hollywood Auction 65 - Final Star Trek Results

Presented below is the complete set of final prices realized for the 43 lots of Star Trek memorabilia that were offered in Profiles In History's Hollywood Auction 65; which concluded yesterday in a live online bidding session at liveauctioneers.com.

The Star Trek items in the sale performed extremely well, with some particularly high values witnessed for several paper collectibles related to The Original Series.  An original, vintage shooting script for "The Cage", the very first pilot for TOS, witnessed a high bid of $3,250; an early vintage 11" x 14" oversized gelatin silver promotional photograph of William Shatner in costume as James T. Kirk from the second pilot "Where No Man Has Gone Before" sold for $4,250 (on a starting bid of $300); and a Robert Justman Signed Memo on the episode "The Deadly Years" finished at $2,000 (on a starting bid of $200).  Other highlights of the event included the hero Ricardo Montalban Khan tunic from STII: The Wrath of Khan, which drew a high bid of $45,000; a Patrick Stewart Season 1 or 2 Starfleet Uniform from TNG which sold for $12,000; and Jonathan Frakes personal collection of 250+ production scripts from TNG which also finished at $12,000.

The following values are the high bids witnessed on the items and do not include a 23% buyers premium ...
