Heritage February 22, 2022 To Boldy Go ... Star Trek: The Auction Preview

On Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 11:00 am Central Time, Heritage Auctions "To Boldly Go ...  Star Trek: The Auction" will commence at HA's headquarters in Dallas, Texas; featuring a total of 75 lots of franchise memorabilia that is highlighted by a stunning collection of 27 Original Series costumes - representing perhaps the largest and most significant offering of TOS screen worn wardrobe since the famous December, 1993 William Ware Theiss Estate Auction held in Los Angeles, California by Butterfield & Butterfield.

Just some of the historic Original Series costumes that will be available in this month's event include a rare, early 1st Season Captain Kirk tunic and pants worn by William Shatner (with the tunic from this lot having been previously screen-matched to the episodes "This Side of Paradise" and "Shore Leave" and being the subject of a July, 2012 Special Photo Study on this website, which may be seen at the following link:  http://www.startrekpropauthority.com/2012/07/special-photo-study-star-trek-original.html); the Kirk, Spock and Sulu Alternate Universe costumes from the memorable 2nd Season episode "Mirror, Mirror"; Richard Webb's Lt. Commander Ben Finney Starfleet uniform from the 1st Season episode "Court Martial"; Jack Donner's Tal Romulan uniform from the 3rd Season episode "The Enterprise Incident"; a complete 3 piece Klingon uniform; a unique Majel Barrett Number One Starfleet Tunic from the 1st Pilot episode "The Cage"; Harry Basch's Dr. Brown Blue and Green Jumpsuit from the 1st Season episode "What Are Little Girls Made Of?"; Bruce Mars Cadet Finnegan silver tunic from the memorable 1st Season episode "Shore Leave"; and numerous other iconic treasures.

Some highlights of the non-TOS offerings in the "To Boldly Go ... Star Trek: The Auction" event include the screen used K-7 Space Station filming miniature from the celebrated Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Trials and Tribble-ations"; a Ricardo Montalban Khan left hand glove from Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (Paramount, 1982); Bibi Besch's Dr. Carol Marcus costume from Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (Paramount, 1982); and a Leonard Nimoy Yosemite Campfire Coffee Mug from Star Trek V: The Final Frontier (Paramount, 1989).
