This Ambassador class starship filming model, measuring 41 inches long by 26 inches wide, made its first appearance in Star Trek episodic television as the U.S.S. Enterprise - C in the Next Generation production "Yesterday's Enterprise". It was extensively refurbished for future use and presently bears the markings of the U.S.S. Yamaguchi NCC-26510. This model sold as Lot Number 694 in the Christies 40th Anniversary Star Trek action with a presale estimate of $8,000 - $12,000; and realized a final price of $48,000.
