In April of 2002, I was honored to see an article which I wrote discussing some of my most memorable personal encounters with several Star Trek Original Series cast members published in the ECW Press paperback "Trekkers: True Stories By Fans For Fans", 177 pages, edited by Nikki Stafford. The book contains about 50 different stories in which fans relate why Star Trek holds a special significance for them, and, in some cases, how it changed their lives. There are many well written anecdotes contained in this edition - some humorous and others quite inspirational, with many glimpses into the lives of Star Trek personalities away from the soundstage and the diverse fan base that is dedicated to the Trek phenomenon.
