First Look at Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Phaser, Communicator & Tricorder Props

Presented below are some detailed images of the new landing party hand props to be featured in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, the highly-anticipated pre-TOS era television series that is set to premiere on Paramount+ in less than one month's time, on May 5, 2022.    Starring Anson Mount as Captain Christopher Pike, Rebecca Romijn as Number One and Ethan Peck as Spock, Season One of the series will consist of 10 episodes and will run through July 7th.

The Phaser, Communicator and Tricorder props captured in the following photos are currently on display at Star Trek: Mission Chicago, the ViacomCBS sponsored fan convention taking place from April 8 - 10, 2022 at the massive McCormick Place center in Chicago, Illinois.  These beautiful props clearly pay tribute to and incorporate many design characteristics of the original landing party hand props as seen in Star Trek: The Original Series.   Special thanks to TrekCore.com for providing the imagery shown below, that is courtesy of their facebook feed.
